Outreach to Reach Out!
It has been a little over 2 months since a mandate from the Diocese of San Jose temporarily suspended all masses, gatherings, & events and with that, SFC’s doors quietly closed. But our hearts did not! This community is rich in spirit and determination! Our SVdP Outreach program is working behind the scenes; always keeping an ear open to those in need and for those whom we wish to thank.
On May 13th, SFC’s SVdP partnered with Blue Rock BBQ in providing delicious bag lunches for staff at Good Samaritan Hospital. Thank you front and center staffers!
On May 18th, 100 meals provided by Blue Rock were delivered and handed out to those at the Camden Acute Center. Thank you Blue Rock BBQ!
SFC’s SVdP Outreach continues to help with groceries. If you know of families in need, please call SVdP. If you are able to donate to sustain this important ministry of serving those during these difficult times, reach out!
