Saint Frances Cabrini Carnival

Once a year, the SFC community gathers for fun and fellowship with food, games and rides. This three-day event is our largest parish event of the year, bringing together neighbors, parishioners, school parents and students.

This annual event generates supplemental funding to benefit both the Saint Frances Cabrini School and Church. In past years, proceeds have provided funding for upgrades, renovations, and additions that benefit our students, parishioners and our local community who utilizes our campus for meetings, food drives, boy/girl scouts, sport events, weddings, funerals, and bocce ball and more.

Donations to Carnival are appreciated. Saint Frances Cabrini is a qualified 501(c)(3) organization (Tax Identification Number 94-2734503); any donation is tax deductible.

Dear Saint Frances Cabrini Parish,

We are excited to share the news with our church community that we have officially announced the launch of our new Saint Frances Cabrini Carnival name replacing “Fiesta”. This decision came after many internal and external discussions with the school and parish, followed by a vote of the steering committee. This year’s event will be bigger and better than ever, and we look forward to sharing that success with all of you. The proceeds from this year’s Cabrini Carnival will be designated for an upgrade to our school and parish playground. Each year, the event designates the funds raised to a shared beneficial project for both the school and parish. Your participation will make all the difference in how successful we are.

This year will bring a bigger event footprint with more rides and activities. We are bringing back the silent auction, the beloved steak sandwiches, and the Italian sausage booth, and that’s just the beginning! An opening ceremony on Friday, October 10th, at 4:30 pm will kick off the festivities for the weekend. Father James will lead us in an opening prayer, followed by other community groups sharing in the spirit. The Cabrini Carnival is a great way to give back to your community and build new family friendships.

We want to increase our event sponsorship this year and highlight our partners early and often. If you or someone you know is interested in sponsoring the SFC Cabrini Carnival, please see the attached sponsorship form or connect them with me. You don’t need to be a company/business to sponsor; we encourage our families to consider sponsoring as well.

Lastly, we are still looking for volunteers for our steering committee. All are welcome! If you’re interested in getting involved, please contact me directly.
