Gates open at 6:00 PM. The courts are equipped with picnic tables and attendees are invited to bring their dinner to enjoy before playing bocce. After dinner, players head for the courts while others continue their socializing. Sometimes decks of cards appear and a festive card game ensues.

There is a nominal fee for those who wish to play bocce. Members of Branch 191 pay $3 and non-members pay $5. Even if you have not played bocce before, there is always an experienced player ready to help you learn. The ICF hopes you come by some Thursday evening to experience its hospitality and enjoy the wonderful game of bocce.
