Ministry to the Sick
Our Mission
The Pastoral Ministry to the Sick and the Home-bound of our St. Frances Cabrini Parish Community offers spiritual support and visitation by bringing Holy Communion to our parish family who are sick and home-bound and unable to join us in the Eucharistic celebration especially on Sunday.
If you or a loved one is home-bound, in a nursing home or hospitalized and would like to receive Holy Communion, please contact Grace Rivero, Ministry Coordinator through our parish office at (408) 879-1120 ext. 20.
