The Pastoral Ministry to the Sick and the Homebound of our St. Frances Cabrini Parish Community offers spiritual support and visitation by bringing Holy Communion to our parish family who are sick and homebound and unable to join us in the Eucharistic celebration especially on Sunday.
If you or a loved one is homebound or in a nursing home or hospitalized and would like to receive Holy Communion, please contact the Parish Office at (408)879-1122.
