Mental Health & Spiritual Wellness
Mental Health & Spiritual Wellness Ministry
Life can be heavy at times. Stress, grief, anxiety, family pressures, and seasons of change can affect our peace of mind, our relationships, and even our bodies. As a community of faith, we believe in caring for the whole person-mind, body, and spirit-because our physical health, spiritual life, and emotional well‑being are deeply connected.
That is why we are launching a Mental Health & Spiritual Wellness Ministry: a welcoming, faith‑rooted space where parishioners can pause, be heard, and receive support.
What this ministry offers
- Mental health consultations (supportive, confidential conversations to help you explore what you’re carrying and what support might help)
- A calm space to regulate yourself (a safe, compassionate place to breathe, reflect, and regain steadiness)
- Professionals trained to listen with care and respect, helping you discern next steps
- Pastoral counseling that integrates faith and emotional wellness
- Monthly educational sessions at the Parish on topics such as stress management, grief, relationships, resilience, and healthy coping focusing on how mental health and spirituality work together
- Grief Support Group
- Referrals and resource guidance when additional support is needed
Why this matters
We all have moments when we feel overwhelmed, ashamed, isolated, or simply tired of carrying everything alone. The Gospel reminds us that healing often begins not with having it all together, but with being willing to be seen and supported.
Who is this for?
This ministry is for anyone in our parish community who wants support, individuals, couples, parents, caregivers, young adults, seniors; whether you are facing something specific or simply want a healthier rhythm of life.
Come as you are. The Church is meant to be a place of refuge, healing, and hope—and you do not have to walk alone.
