FIESTA SET UP
We will be setting up the Fiesta site, beginning Saturday, October 7th at 9:00 AM. Please feel free to give what time you can. Doughnuts will be provided in the morning with lunch and refreshments provided as well.
If you cannot make it Saturday, there are plenty of opportunities to help out with the Fiesta set- up throughout the week. Beginning around 4:30 PM (Oct. 7th), we meet to complete the site set-up. Refreshments are provided each night.
October 16th, we will need a group to help pack up the Fiesta site starting at 9:00 AM. Donuts will be provided in the morning with lunch and refreshments too!
