2017-2018 Facilities Calendar Submissions Due May 10

Attention all SFC organizations!  We are gearing up for our 2017/2018 Facilities Calendar.

If you are the point of contact for a group, ongoing activities, or special annual events that take place here at SFC either in the church (contact sbutler@sfcabrini.org) field, hall(s), hall kitchen, etc. Please be sure either stop by the office or contact Jean in the parish office at 408-879-1122 to get a Facilities Use Request Form.  We have lots of groups and we want to be able to accommodate you! The Facilities Request Form can be found in the Parish Office. There is a request form for both singular event or multiple events. Please use each accordingly.

Forms are attached to email.  If you have questions and need these forms electronically sent to another party please email Jean at parish_office@sfcabrini.org.

*If there is a change in leadership of any group that is listed on the Parish Ministries and Contacts page please let Jean know (408-879-1122)

Keep the major holidays in mind lest your regular group meeting be automatically scheduled on a holiday (e.g. Veterans’ Day, Christmas).  It is the groups’ responsibility to deconflict group meetings and holidays.  A special note that several groups that meet at the tail end of a month will bump into Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Please print clearly and include your email with phone number. The forms are new this year. Please do not use an old form if you have one from years past. Please use  the multiple events form for multiple events and singular can be used if your event is consistent in the time and space requested. e.g., Kelley Hall (= KH)   Ladies League / 3rd Monday of each month / 7pm to 9pm (with the exception of July and August of 2017)  If your group meets regularly but has a retreat and some other off times that you’ll be meeting outside your regularly scheduled day, please use the Facility Request Form for Multiple Special Events.

The deadline to hand in your Facility Requests is May 10th but you are welcome to start now. Thank you!

Also note that the parish is now scheduling after-Mass sales and booths on the facilities calendar.  If you wish to have a table on the school plaza during the weekend Masses (e.g. Girl Scout cookie sales, Golf Tournament sign-up), submit a facilities request form.
